Our client is a leading North American provider of business process outsourcing services for the financial services industry with more than 6,000 employees servicing over 100 customers through a network of business centres across North America. 

Our client is seeking an employment lawyer with 1-3 years of experience to join their corporate headquarters in Mississauga.   Reporting to the Senior Counsel, Employment and Labour, this position will support the human resources and labour relations functions across its Canadian and U.S. business lines.   This management-level role is responsible for a wide variety of day-to-day human resources matters including: advising on employee discipline, termination, human rights, privacy and Canada Labour Code compliance matters; implementing and maintaining a range of employment policies and processes; training personnel on employment-related legal developments and best practices; and leading and managing employment litigation.  In addition, the successful candidate will provide employment-related support on M&A, outsourcing and restructuring transactions.
